The customer can now securely purchase an eGift Card online. They have the option to print it out instantly or email it as a gift. They just pick a denomination and a delivery date, type in their personal message, and send it instantly by email. The purchaser receives a receipt via email and a second email notification when the recipient has opened their eGift Card. It's just like a regular gift card but without the plastic. The eGift Card Software
The software uses individual barcodes or PIN numbers for each eGift Card sold. Any barcode or PIN number sequence can be used. The eGift Card number or barcode can be redeemed and validated directly with a POS system or on the TicketOps server via a link accessible using any internet browser. The redemption software can store any unused eGift Card balance.

The purchase pages and the eGift Card are white labeled to project and protect your brand. The offer details, text and graphics are all customizable.

Each client is given a unique User ID and password to access their own TicketOps administration web site. On this site, they can: review sales in real‐time, view all purchase pages, view/edit terms and conditions, access scanning/redemption software and access and download sales, marketing and redemption reports. All customer data belongs solely our clients.

Our system operates from secure hosting centres in order to ensure continuous up time and complete data protection.
