Job Title: Sales & Program Coordinator

Reports to: Program Manager

Summary:
Assists, plans and coordinates the sales and marketing of TicketOps Corporation products and/or services by performing the following duties.


Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as required.
  • Research and contact new and potential clients.
  • Interface with manager, graphic and IT departments to get programs launched.
  • Interface with clients to launch and develop programs.
  • Post launch – The coordinator is responsible for the client’s online site management, changes and modifications.
  • The coordinator will manage and create the eNewsletter that will be distributed to new and existing client contacts.
  • The coordinator will be responsible for the ad word marketing program with Google.
  • The coordinator will assist manager with work to ensure programs run seamlessly.
  • The coordinator will create and implement reports to ensure efficiencies.
  • The coordinator will make recommendations for enhancements to existing programs and software (up-selling clients on additional programs and services).
  • The coordinator will interact with manager and team members on internal and external projects.
  • The coordinator will meet with manager on a weekly/bi-weekly basis to review program status and plan future actions.
  • The coordinator will be required to educate team members and customers on software and program capabilities.

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education and/or experience:
  • College diploma or university degree preferred.
  • Excellent working knowledge of common software programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) is a requirement.
  • Familiarity with HTML is an asset.

Language skills:
Strong written and verbal communication capabilities. Ability to read and interpret contracts, reports and information. Ability to respond effectively to common inquiries from clients, managers and co-workers. Ability to write articles and marketing text for eNewsletter and Google Ad Words. Ability to effectively present information to clients, managers and co-workers.
