TicketOps Corporation ("TicketOps") is an on-line, print-at-home eTicketing and eCommerce company. We have direct relationships with Attractions and other Organizations, and consignment relationships with national retailers and other organizations, all for the online sale of tickets and related products and services. At TicketOps Corporation we strive to make your online purchasing experience as easy, secure and convenient as possible.
Purchase Terms:
TicketOps Corporation contracts with attractions and other organizations to sell their tickets and other services. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your ticketed attraction experience, aside from the purchasing process, then you must speak to a representative of the attraction, organization, event or venue at their customer service office.

Please be advised: 1. Tickets are non-refundable. 2. Tickets cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Before purchasing tickets, it is your responsibility to carefully review the purchase terms, and if applicable, the specific information related to the attraction (hours of operation, reservation details, seat information, times, dates, etc.). Tickets should always be treated like cash. Keep them in a safe place, where they can easily be found again.

During the online purchase, only the customer will be aware of any problems that may occur during their purchasing process. If you do not receive the eTicket to your screen, or an emailed confirmation and receipt (with eTicket link) after submitting payment information, or should a customer experience error messages or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is the responsibility of the customer to confirm with the TicketOps Customer Service Call Centre via email info@ticket-ops.com or by calling 1-888-236-2947. Please contact us immediately (email preferred) to specify whether or not an order has been placed. TicketOps will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) should a customer assume that an order was not placed because they failed to receive purchase confirmation for an order placed by them.
Privacy Policy:
TicketOps Corporation has created this privacy policy as a demonstration of our strong commitment to (a) protect your personal information and (b) inform you about how we handle your personal information. This privacy policy applies to transactions made, and data gathered only on the TicketOps home website or web pages we manage in the provision of eTicketing services. This privacy policy does not cover the Venue websites themselves, only the TicketOps managed pages accessed from those sites. Please review this privacy policy periodically as we may update it from time to time. This privacy policy was last revised on July 1, 2008. Each time you visit the Site or provide us with information, by doing so you are accepting the practices described in this privacy policy at that time.
Information We Collect From You:
In order to operate the Site and provide you with information on products and services that may be of interest to you, we may collect personal information (i.e. information that could be used to contact you such as full name, postal address, phone number and email address), financial information (e.g. passwords and credit card numbers) and demographic information (postal code, hometown, gender, purchase history information and age) from you. All personal information you provide to us will strictly be used only for the purpose(s) indicated – i.e. – to complete the transaction. Please note that nowhere on the Site do we knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
How We Use Personal, Demographic and Financial Information:
To process transactions on the Site, we share your personal and financial information with our agents, representatives, contractors and service providers so they can provide us with support services such as authorization of credit card transactions. We may share anonymous, aggregated (grouped) demographic information with advertisers and other third parties so that they can tailor their advertisements and communications to the appropriate audience. We do not give these parties any personal information without your specific consent, identifying what the information will be used for. We do share your name and email (but never credit card information) with the attraction or organization whose tickets or services you have purchased. It is our position that the attraction/organization selling the ticket or service owns this information, but may only use it to periodically contact you regarding a) resolution of any issue related to your purchase, or b) to contact you regarding future offers directly related to the attraction or organization. Neither we nor the attraction/organization will pass your information to a 3rd party for any reason whatsoever. However, you should feel free to visit the attraction/organization website to review their privacy policy. We will only retain your detailed credit card information for the time period required to complete the transaction.

The Site has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and operates among the best software available today for secure eCommerce transactions. We encrypt all of your personal and financial information as it travels over the Internet and we store your financial information on our servers in encrypted form.
